The control of industrial gas emissions is of critical importance for environmental sustainability and regulatory compliance. At Tempo Kompozit, leveraging our 40 years of experience in this field, we design and manufacture high-performance GRP Scrubbers, activated carbon filtration, biological treatment, and chemical gas treatment systems.
Odor removal systems are essential environmental technologies used to control harmful and unpleasant gases generated in treatment plants and industrial processes. At Tempo Kompozit, we design, manufacture, and provide turnkey installation of GRP-bodied wet-type, dry-type, chemical, and biological odor removal systems, tailored to different gas characteristics and flow rates.
Scrubber (Wet-type) systems allow gases such as H₂S, SO₂, NH₃, and acidic compounds to be captured through contact with a liquid. With high-efficiency packing materials and chemically resistant GRP bodies, removal efficiencies of 95–98% can be achieved. Systems can be designed with or without chemical dosing according to process requirements.
Activated Carbon (Dry-type) systems primarily rely on activated carbon and are preferred for low- to medium-flow continuous odor issues. Organic compounds and unpleasant odors are adsorbed onto the carbon surface and removed from the environment. Their compact design allows easy installation in confined spaces.
Chemical odor removal systems are used in facilities with aggressive and variable gas concentrations. Gases are neutralized through controlled chemical reactions. They offer high efficiency, especially for gases containing H₂S and NH₃, and can be integrated with automation systems.
Biological odor removal systems rely on microorganisms to break down gases. These environmentally friendly systems have low operating costs and provide ideal solutions for fixed-flow, long-duration emissions.
All odor removal systems are custom-designed based on gas flow rates, pollution load, and site conditions. GRP bodies provide high corrosion resistance, long service life, and low maintenance needs, offering significant advantages over metal alternatives. Our systems are safely used in municipalities, wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and infrastructure projects.
