ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Lamella technology is an effective solution used in water and wastewater treatment systems for sedimentation and flotation processes. By maintaining laminar flow conditions, it improves the quality of the effluent water. Its compact design efficiently utilizes tank volume, saving space. At our company, lamellas are manufactured from corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and long-lasting GRP material.

Lamellas not only reduce investment costs but also increase efficiency. By expanding the effective area, lamella technology achieves high performance. Its greatest advantage is the ability to attain high capacities with a relatively low investment.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• More durable and long-lasting compared to alternatives made from different materials

• Lightweight; a 1000×1000×1000 mm lamella block weighs approximately 45 kg

• 1 m³ of GRP lamella provides 60 m² of surface area

• Surrounded by a GRP frame, preventing flexing

• Plates are laminated together with GRP, contain no steel, and are 100% GRP

• Steel straps placed on top of the blocks facilitate handling

• Can be manufactured with acid-resistant, high-chemical-resistance, drinking water- and food-grade compatible resins upon special request

• No additional stainless steel frame required, as the lamella comes with an integrated GRP frame
